We are proud to be allies of Plastic Free Cotgrave in their campaign to tackle throw-away plastic at source! As a visitor, you can help by avoiding single-use plastics such as drinks bottles and snack wrappers when packing for a trip. Refillable flasks and food containers avoid needless plastic waste, and help you save money too.

We’re investigating ways to make the park plastic-free, including replacing the protectors for newly-planted trees with non-plastic alternatives (or collecting and re-using any existing plastic ones), and using the weather-proof noticeboards instead of laminating paper signs and posters.
