Volunteer with The Friends of Cotgrave Country Park

The Friends of Cotgrave Country Park (FoCCP) is a community volunteer group that supports Nottingham County Council (NCC) in the management of the Park.  We usually meet every 6 weeks at 7pm on Tuesdays in the Cotgrave Futures Building.  All are welcome to join us.

Volunteer Task Days

Volunteers meet regularly to lend a hand with maintenance and conservation work in the park, under the guidance of NCC staff.

They meet in the Car Park at Hollygate Lane at 10am on pre-arranged task days, stay for as long as you want or until around 3pm.

No experience required. NCC staff provide equipment, training & refreshments.

Volunteer Task Days

We meet at 10am at the Hollygate Lane Car park. All are welcome. Look for the NottsCC van inside the gate

For the first time, in Dec, we triallled a task day on a Sunday for those that can't make a weekday. This was a great success so we are continuing on a further two dates in Feb. If you can't make a weekday but have time free on a sunday then please join us on one or both sundays
